Pillans Point/Bureta are both within walking distance of the city. These suburbs have seen increased demand due to their close proximity to the city (and Tauranga Harbour Bridge route to Mount Maunganui) and for the fantastic harbour views available from most of its homes. Whilst many of the homes were built in the 60’s a large number have subsequently been renovated or relocated and replaced with more modern homes.
