Ohauiti has a cross section of lower to medium priced homes of various vintage.Price range $250,000-$450,000 Boscabel Consists of lifestyle homes on large blocks averaging around 3500 to 4000 sq mt.
Average price range is from $650,000 to $1200000
Located at the top end of Ohauiti a handy location and approximately 8 minutes to the city. It has alternative access to Mount Maunganui via the Maungatapu expressway (Bayfair Shopping Centre & Baypark Speedway only 10 minutes away) and is not too distant to Te Puke via the Welcome Bay route.
In the other direction lies the BOP Polytechnic (2 minutes drive) and
Greerton area (5 minutes drive). Recent sales in Boscabel have been in the $730,000 to $950,000 range.
Most Properties in Boscabel have a selection of Advocado trees and some mature Olive Trees.
(Boardering Boscabel) contains new mid range to executive homes in the $450,000 to $700,000 range.
This relatively new subdivision is a hidden gem in Tauranga and is attracting young families.A recent addition to the area is a playground which is well used by the new young families.
The Tauranga bus service has an excellent time schedule providing easy access to the city.I have had several sales in this area in the $500,000 range. Building has increased dramatically in 2014.
There are still sections available on elevated sites with good views of the mount.
