The information below has been supplied by John Rose to assist in giving a general guideline to the suburb. Estimated price range’s may vary and comments on the suburbs are giving in good faith, intending purchasers are advised to conduct their own due diligence & investigation into the same.
Matua is a peninsula to the north of the city and only 6 minutes drive from downtown Tauranga. Regarded as one of Tauranga’s more affluent suburbs, many of its homes enjoy expansive harbour views. Most homes in this area were built in the 70’s and 80’s but many of the prime older properties are now being re-developed.
Whilst you can still buy good sized family homes in
the suburb for around $500,000 -$600,000 without views, prices from $800,000 are common for prime real estate.
